VIDA AESTHETIC MEDICINE | SALEM, OREGON + MID-WILLAMETTE VALLEY

PHOTOSFAQ

WHAT IS IT?

KYBELLA™ (deoxycholic acid) injection is the first and only FDA-approved nonsurgical treatment that contours and improves the appearance of submental fullness. Submental fullness, sometimes referred to as “double chin”, is a common yet undertreated facial aesthetic area. It can impact a broad range of adults, including both men and women, and can be influenced by several factors such as aging, genetics and weight gain, and is often resistant to diet and exercise alone. Many patients experience visible contouring of their chin profile in two to four treatment sessions spaced at least one month apart. Up to 6 treatments may be recommended.

WHY VIDA?

Dr. Thompson and her team is the first clinic in Salem to receive this product. Dr. Thompson is experienced in microcannular liposuction in this area, and is familiar and understands the anatomy under the chin. Dr. Thompson is certified and has received hands-on training from a KYTHERA Biopharmaceuticals trainer. All treatments at VIDA are reviewed by Dr. Thompson, VIDA’s on-site medical director.
