Office Hours
Office staff are available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception of Thursdays, when our hours are from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We are also open the first Saturday each month. Call 503-399-0021 to request information or to schedule your FREE consultation. All voicemail messages are promptly returned.
Location
Our office is centrally located at 1115 Liberty St SE, close to downtown Salem, and less than 10 minutes from I-5 (exit 253) for our Portland, Eugene, and Albany clients. If coming from downtown (via Commercial St.), turn left on Myers, make another left one block later at Liberty St., then left again at the second driveway for VIDA Aesthetic Medicine.
