Dr. Kim Thompson, Medical Director
Dr. Thompson joins us from the east coast and midwest where she has over five years of experience, exclusively in the non-surgical aesthetic field. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, as well as being a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. With extensive knowledge and experience Dr. Thompson’s expertise lies in her ability to provide customized evaluations and combine treatments for maximum results with minimal downtime.
Dr.Thompson resides in Salem with her physician husband, two young boys, and their pug. She and her family enjoy time together, outdoor activities, and traveling.

Katie Porter, RN
Katie received her nursing degree in 2004 from the prestigious Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, OR. Through her experiences working with women of all ages and backgrounds, Katie came to the realization that optimal health means feeling good on the outside as well as on the inside. She brings this passion for wellness into her aesthetic practice, and her clients appreciate her enthusiastic and holistic approach to skincare. Katie is a member of the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery, and attends ongoing trainings to keep up with the latest technology and approaches to skincare. An Oregon native, Katie lives in Salem with her husband and son.
Tiffany Lippold, LE
Tiffany received her esthetician license from the NW Institute of Esthetics in Eugene. She also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising management from Oregon State University. Tiffany is committed to helping each individual obtain their healthy skincare goals. She is dedicated to making her clients look and feel beautiful from the outside in while providing a relaxing, renewing experience. Tiffany was born and raised in Salem and lives here with her husband.
Sonja John, LE
Sonja earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Western Oregon University in 2000, and in 2006 graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care in Beaverton, Oregon. Sonja is passionate about helping her clients with their skincare needs. She is results driven, and will be there with you to help teach you about and manage any skincare concerns you may have. Sonja lives in Salem with her best friend and husband of 10 years, Steve.
